Swimming Hobgoblins

Many of the Hobgoblins on Snape grass peninsula seem to enjoy spending their time taking a relaxing swim. While normally this wouldn't be an issue, players using melee can't target any of those that are "on break". Might be worth looking into if there is a way to prevent these unmandated breaks they keep taking.
