Tutorial Island fences

Hey, I've seen so many noobs, get stuck in tutorial island because of the fences, its like half of the noobs who talk in chat, i think this is because they try to follow the arrow, but the arrow leads them off the path, and it just becomes a struggle to find there way around the fences and they become more of an obstacle, while in osrs they help because they have pathfinding, so I think the fences should be removed (or atleast majorly reduced) to help players get through the first step of the game
